MOULD DESIGNER
Job Description/Responsibilities
- Responsible to designing mold and creating 3D CAD Model and 2d Engineering Drawings.
- Workout a complete design of plastic injection mould.
- Prepare mould specification and checklist.
- Prepare mould component drawing and assembly drawings.
- Assist in product/tool development and moulding process.
- Ensure smooth transition from design to development of testing of the designs and production trial run.
- Resolve any design technical issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct check to ensure all programs and tooling are correct.
- Ensure all work is performed accurately, efficiently, and on-time to schedule.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree or Others in Engineering (Mechanical, Tool, Chemical or equivalent).
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3-5 years of working experiences in mold design.
- Knowledge on software mold design for Solid work & AutoCAD
- Ability to use mold flow and prepare mold flow will be an added advantage.
- Ability to model 3D mould surfaces for tooling.
- Ability to research problems, develop solutions and present possible solutions for implementation
- Able to work Independently.
- Start work Immediately is an advantage.
